Chef’s Night No. 2 continues a project in which the kitchen becomes a space for dialogue and the dinner itself becomes a record of a shared creative process. It is an evening for guests who appreciate mindful cooking, bold flavour combinations, and a cuisine shaped by experience rather than convention.

On this night, two chefs will meet at one table: Michał Maj, head chef of NIKKA, and Rafał Koziorzemski, the culinary force behind Fisherman. Two different sensibilities, two distinct professional paths, and one shared element: an original menu created exclusively for this single evening.

Chef’s Night is a series of collaborative dinners built on the exchange of techniques, ideas and culinary inspirations. The dishes created as part of this project never enter the permanent menu. They are the result of conversations, experimentation and decisions made specifically for this one meeting.
