The inaugural Chef’s Night dinner is designed for those who expect more from dining than a flawlessly executed menu.

On this evening, Michał Maj, head chef of NIKKA, joins forces with Jacek Koprowski, the culinary mind behind Fino. Two distinctive chefs, two different culinary languages, and one shared goal: to create an original menu prepared exclusively for this single night.

Chef’s Night is a format built on dialogue — between chefs, techniques, experience, and intuition. The menu will not enter the regular offering. There will be no repeats. This is a dinner conceived as a one-off experience, happening here and now.
